Enjoy a day of fun and festivities in downtown Wimberley. Lots going on: Guest artist, Jill Carver, noted plein air painter, will exhibit. Musical performances by Butch Hancock and Friends, Ponty Bone and the Squeezetones, AJ Browning, Gypsy Moon, Kim Miller, White Shoes and more. Theater and dance performances plus there will be children’s creative art fun all day and a a vintage car exhibit.

Well, it’s been 17 months since we started  renovating the cottages (but who’s counting?!?). We just finished the last one! Take a look at the redo of our Orange-themed Cottage 3.

Beyond the usual diversions – shopping, dining, exploring, hanging out at the cottages – there’s plenty to do in Wimberley the month of March. Here are some things that look pretty durn interesting. See you there..?

Wimberley Market Days resume March 5th – Market Days is a first Saturday of the month event, open from 7 AM to 4 PM. More info available here.

Spring tours at the Old Oaks Ranch – Saturday tours begin this month and are given at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. See their awesome Alpacas, incredible sculptures, and fine fibers. Details are here.

The Wimberley Players – catch The Heiress, an emotional tale of love, loss, greed and betrayal. Performance runs through March 13th. More info here.
Live Music - The Cypress Creek Cafe is a great place to eat, but it’s also a wonderful music venue. Their March schedule is impressive. Country artist Susan Gibson performs on 3/19. We saw her in perform live and she puts on a good show! See the schedule of shows here.

The last Wimberley Market Days of the year is coming on Saturday 12/4. Come to the Hill Country’s oldest and largest outdoor market and do the math yourself: Hundreds of booths + thousands of attendees = loads of fun.
